Have you considered that he can kill SCP-407, SCP-173 or maybe even SCP-682 he can kill spiritual entities afterall? He can negate or prevent the end of the world in relations to entity triggered events since certain SCPs are hive minded after all like scp-610.

True, I don't know if he can kill concepts or whatever connects SCP-4646 to the Milky Way Galaxy. A suggestion is he could deal with anything that intended to use it to destroy the planet since he would be caught up in it since it's general malice towards all life.

@grandygon Since SCP levels are not really based on threats but how hard it is to contain it, then we can definitely consider him Keter. Whatever containment you put him in, he can just escape by thinking that those containments are "alive" and killing them just like he did with the ice.

XK class risk indeed, but clearly easily maintained one so long as he isn't given too many restrictions.

He seems content with absorbing information, reading, watching and especially sleeping. So honestly, he likely would be considered uncontainable Thaumiel. So long as you were honest with him and the threat he had to deal with was proper threat.

So far we don't know how he would handle cognito hazards so better make him stay away from any mind effecting SCPs if one wants to avoid risking aforementioned XK class scenario.

Because most people probably don't get the reference: Yogiri's code name, "ΑΩ," is a reference to the Bible (Revelation 22:13, to be exact). It is a description of God, especially Jesus, signifying His omnipotence in particular. Seeing as they only looked at him from the angle of his power, it's very apt. (For a Japanese author to actually do that much research into Western culture, especially religion, is very refreshing, I must say.)
