@otoshi-god While some authors might just roll with the punches on a release to release basis, I'd imagine more of them plan as much of their stories as they can ahead of time. You might make changes here and there as you get to that part of your story to improve it and such, but you know where your story is going and roughly how to get it there. Likely very helpful in an industry with frequent deadlines.
