If u look up the uploader theyre doing this to multiple manga, posting chapters far ahead and poor quality. Seems to be a spam bot using AI translations?

Edit: Went ahead and took a deep dive into what's going on and why. The LITsTL person is sniping chapters to different manga to promote a website "acloudmerge" which seems like a sketchy af website that seems like a landing page to other sites with lots of ADs.

I would agree with you if they weren't randomly choosing chapters ahead to translate, they're not even the most recently posted chapters. Such as the recent one on colamanga is 40, and he posted 37.
