We can see her mask slip when Senpai laughs about Nagatoro's "Boyfriend", she becomes mad and thought that Senpai doesn't care at all about her. Until Senpai cries, when she finally realise that Senpai actually cares and continues to tease him.
After she came back to reveal her prank, we can see her slightly worried and tries to reassures Senpai that all is well. She then panics slightly when Senapai gets mad and tries to get his arm away from her, until he relents and lets her hold his arm, which then we can see her being relieved.
She's similar to her Senpai, unable to socialise properly.
