Wow that chapter 1 callback! Series progressed so slow I already forgot the first scene was was a flash forward of the basement scene.

That said, the "true ending" really went off the rails to the realm of absurdity.

The superpower fighting part caught me off guard. Didnt expect them to start doing weird stuff like spliting bodies, etc.

It's like Kon'ya wa Tsuki ga Kirei desu ga in terms of absurdity? Small scale plotline blown way out of proportions. Both are bad/meh but at least Kon'ya wa Tsuki ga Kirei desu ga starts out strong.
This is just jambalaya since the very beginning. It did have some interesting twists and turns but they're so jarring. There's no slight lead or foreshadowing. (A manga that I think did this too is Tomodachi Game. All the surprises in that manga are all outlandish and goofy but they rarely feels out of place because if you stretch it enough, they kinda work? Like "Damn I knew that character was up to something but not this" or "I knew this character was gonna do that but it goes even further?"). This kinda dances on "That was completely predictable" and "That makes no sense at all". At this point I don't even know what the fuck I'm spewing anymore.
Well at least I read it. The bad translation definitely did not help though.

Out of all the endings, this is quite honestly the best one. Loose ends are tied. Kyoko and RapeMcSpider is dead. Louis reunited with his daughter, before resting with his wife. Shiori is living her final moments peacefully. And those two arachni-dorks are happy together and eating each other out. It's cheesy but it's nice.

Thanks for the translation! 'Till the next read! 🤍🖤🕷️

So I would guess the real yuko is dead and gone unlike mc who transformed. That monster just has her memories. Also, when they give birth to their baby spider monster, is it gonna have to kill another person to take their body?

Yep the alien only conservate the partner choice and few ego/memories
gen 1: wife alien + professor, gen 2: Alisa alien + white suit guy, gen 3: Yuko alien + MC

So cute, they will have maybe 4 spider babies by wave, each baby will kill a human and create a co-body, and each one will select her partner and eat them, because madure is very fast, maybe 3~5 months (white suit guy life span late the laboratory accident), do you understand the problem to the humanity with their childrens?
The spider is very very horny, maybe 4 waves by year

Tbh they did the ending quite well. Still iffy about the Yuko memory and entire personality death thing but it could’ve gone worse. Seems like the author took control of the wheel.

I felt some motivation to keep reading while there were still unanswered questions, to just find out what the fuck was going on with all this. By the time everything had become clear, I was so far along that I figured I may as well finish it. But getting through the climax and the epilogue was honestly painful. It was so, so cringy.
