Name Change removes uploading permissions of locked groups joined under previous alias unless deleted and re-added to the group

I don't think I need to elaborate further. Getting kicked off the group and being added again fixes it:

This probably stems from the fact that I now have 2 user links:

Yes, we're aware of that one. As you say, getting removed and re-added is a temp fix.
