@Tcof Oddly enough, she considers them her friends. She had a rough go of it in middle-school; people called her plain, ignored, and bullied her for the most part.
For all their perversions, Tojo and the gang think the world of Namekawa, they're fairly neighborly to her, and they include her in their activities (or force her into them usually). As someone who was bullied and overlooked, Namekawa is probably just glad to have friends, even if she isn't being viewed as the badass she wants to be.
It's kinda like how Bowser and Princess Peach play tennis and go go-carting together.
