Was about to say "2-3 kg is really heavy for a sword that short!" but then I looked at how thick the cross section of that sword is and it's actually way too light for a sword that thick. =)

I really like this! The art style is cute but also detailed and deliberate and I like the premise, usually Isekai just handwaves communication differences away or worse, everyone somehow just speaks Earth Japanese
