I know you're a child but you need to understand that once you become an adult your past achievements literally mean nothing to anyone but yourself no one cares if you won an award for best shit in a cup during high School. No one gives a shit if you win employee of the month, adults have far too much to do to care about other people winning things and having good achievements.
I'm going on a limb here but I assume you would flaunt an impressive resume/degree from a good university if it came to a job interview with many other applicants?
