First things first. Comment sections is divided and i'm inclined to go with the majority, she is a "town slut" or a "school slut".
Imagine:
1) Seeing her fucking on your school table
1.1 Offering herself, while the dude who fucked her beforehand runaway without any regard to her (message: he doesn't give a fuck about her)
2) She fucked more than half of the class (conservative evaluation, since it was stated that she fucked almost everyone excluding 2 guys from her class(a rumor)). + It seemed that the guy who ranaway and offered threesome with his friend weren't from her class.
2.1 Dunno about you people, but being in enclosed space with others while knowing that most of the people fucked your girlfriend would feel awkward and cheap. Easy harassment weapon towards you and the girl.
3) She comes from a stable good family if i understand correctly.
4) She passed out for a second while MC and FMC were finally trying to have sex which stopped them from having sex entirely and paused it for unknown time. (Time passed at it doesn't seem that they are planning to move forward, because they need to get used to each other)
4.1 This one here, is the truest "incel" bait. MANY men fear and hate that kind of relationship. When they learn that their gf/wifes had fucked guys the second they saw them and then abstained from them.
4.2 Feels like he friendzoned now......

Now for the counter argument (though weak in my opinion).
It's okay as long as they finish school and she finally understands that this is not okay. School will be over someday and in wider world her body experience will not matter much as long as rumors won't spread. It will be hard but manageable. No school reunions and will need to avoid any interactions with past school mates.
She seems genuinely good and loveable and family oriented.

The problem:
Author pulled an outrageous premise for cheap attention grabbing. (Like the amount of people she fucked is outrageous, could we meet a girl like that in Japan in her 16(10 grade(1st year of highschool)? I really doubt that, rumors would spread fast to school and parents respectively. Even in western countries it's almost impossible to see.

Her later on character and her past(pre high school) do not equate with her behaviour in high school. It's an absolute artificial dramatics.
With current dynamics i feel that author will pull something dirty again. For now we have fluff but with the stunt author pulled in beginning, i'm afraid author will pull it later on also.
This is indeed something akin to cuckolding manga. Whilst no cuckolding happened, you as a reader (males) would be disgusted by this girl with exceptions of cucks and mansluts.

I will continue to read this, but that dirt in first 2 chapters and occasional reminder by author of her past keeps me in state of disgust, negativity and fear of sudden drama.
Author tries to pull that her previous partners don't matter, because she could be fucked by them easily but with MC she was feeling nervous and because of that she suddenly became puritanic (not quite puritanic more like physical rejection of him i guess?)
Like author managed to pull ALMOST EVERYTHING that normally guys fear to find out about their partners and THIS ALMOST EVERYTHING is a major reason guys would decline serious relationship with a girl.
Even the notion she is a slut but my slut doesn't work here since they are stalling with having sex.

FYI: That kind behaviour is usually seen from girls who were raped by fathers and/or abandoned by father. In her case currently it seems she had great relationship with father who even played video games with her.....So author pulled the most unreal actions of a girl, like her life is literal anti-thesis of her high school debut. Great and respectable relationship with father usually serve as a benchmark for future potential mates.
So if later on it will not be revealed that she was molested by her father it would be serve as justification to call this series fake (as in fantasy level of delusion). Also usually prerequisite is not only potential SA from the father but also abandonment, SA forces her to view sex as something easy and cheap while abandonment serves as a mechanism for attention seeking through sex. For example father SAed her and showed love but then stopped SAing her and disappeared or abandoned her, this would send conscious and subconscious message: have sex to retain people around you.

This manga is not bad. It’s not the best either but it's a decent manga, albeit unrealistic. The comment section is mainly trashing this manga because the fmc was sleeping around before she met the protagonist which I can understand. However, the story itself isn’t as bad as what people are making it seem.

As the story progresses, she’s actually improving from what she once was before meeting him and the protag is also improving himself in his own way. They compliment each other and help one another grow. Hell the focus isn’t on her past that much and not a single guy who had sex with her previously show up. Maybe in the early chapters but it moves on from that rather quickly and becomes wholesome.

To anybody interested in reading this and are currently looking at the comments to gauge how others feel about it, give it a shot yourself. This comment section is divided heavily (reasonably so) and while I understand some readers complaints, it doesn’t take away from the fact that this manga has progressed toward a better direction despite what many say.

I’d suggest giving this manga a shot because despite its premise, the story itself isn’t bad and it’s rather sweet.

I think it's a very sweet manga about change and moving on and being a better person. To call this simp bait is demeaning and if you wouldn't date someone who has been "ran through" that's fine but I think that the mc is that 1 out of a million people that the fmc needed in her life, and he treates her with the respect she never really had at school. Of course not everyone would be with someone like her that's why she hasn't had any friends all throughout high school, they also don't start dating but it's kind of like a friend stage and they grow on each other which evolves into actual feelings. Of course it's not the greatest of all time and I don't really like the addition of that other girl making a love triangle but I feel that the mmc will make the right choices. I also respect him for being willing to take care of her kid even if it wasn't his because of how much he cares about her. I'd probably give it so far a 7/10.
