First things first. Comment sections is divided and i'm inclined to go with the majority, she is a "town slut" or a "school slut".
Imagine:
1) Seeing her fucking on your school table
1.1 Offering herself, while the dude who fucked her beforehand runaway without any regard to her (message: he doesn't give a fuck about her)
2) She fucked more than half of the class (conservative evaluation, since it was stated that she fucked almost everyone excluding 2 guys from her class(a rumor)). + It seemed that the guy who ranaway and offered threesome with his friend weren't from her class.

Now for the counter argument (though weak in my opinion).
It's okay as long as they finish school and she finally understands that this is not okay. School will be over someday and in wider world her body experience will not matter much as long as rumors won't spread. It will be hard but manageable. No school reunions and will need to avoid any interactions with past school mates.
She seems genuinely good and loveable and family oriented.
The problem:
Author pulled an outrageous premise for cheap attention grabbing. (Like the amount of people she fucked is outrageous, could we meet a girl like that in Japan in her 16(10 grade(1st year of highschool)? I really doubt that, rumors would spread fast to school and parents respectively. Even in western countries it's almost impossible to see.
Her later on character and her past(pre high school) do not equate with her behaviour in high school. It's an absolute artificial dramatics.
With current dynamics i feel that author will pull something dirty again. For now we have fluff but with the stunt author pulled in beginning, i'm afraid author will pull it later on also.
This is indeed something akin to cuckolding manga. Whilst no cuckolding happened, you as a reader (males) would be disgusted by this girl with exceptions of cucks and mansluts.
I will continue to read this, but that dirt in first 2 chapters and occasional reminder by author of her past keeps me in state of disgust, negativity and fear of sudden drama.
Author tries to pull that her previous partners don't matter, because she could be fucked by them easily but with MC she was feeling nervous and because of that she suddenly became puritanic (not quite puritanic more like physical rejection of him i guess?)
Like author managed to pull ALMOST EVERYTHING that normally guys fear to find out about their partners and THIS ALMOST EVERYTHING is a major reason guys would decline serious relationship with a girl.
Even the notion she is a slut but my slut doesn't work here since they are stalling with having sex.
FYI: That kind behaviour is usually seen from girls who were raped by fathers and/or abandoned by father. In her case currently it seems she had great relationship with father who even played video games with her.....So author pulled the most unreal actions of a girl, like her life is literal anti-thesis of her high school debut. Great and respectable relationship with father usually serve as a benchmark for future potential mates.
So if later on it will not be revealed that she was molested by her father it would be serve as justification to call this series fake (as in fantasy level of delusion).
