the issue is they didn't know there's be 3 parts. 2.1 used to be just 2, it was edited to be 2.1 since they're not gonna delete it and split it in half or smt.

That (the reason why they would ask where 2.2 is) is because 2.2 is missing in the ToC right now. It just so happens that 2.3 is mislabeled so ppl don't notice yet.
Would have been solved if they named the first one "2.1 & 2.2" or something similar, instead.

Issue is that it is not readily apparent, so I have no idea if anyone has known to report it so mods can know. And I am too lazy to to do it myself
