Need Help Fixing Odd Page Layout on Chrome

I am able to visit all of the forums, my follows, etc., however no images are loading/they load in odd places.
Is anyone familiar with this issue? I'm on Google Chrome and I can view the pages fine on other web browsers, but for some reason the images won't render on Chrome. Additionally, the font has changed and when I try to attach images to this post I end up with this: "
