I read till chap 35 around 1-2years ago
I did like the story and I don't care that the characters look slightly chibi'fied (they don't look like kids at least)
usually in most stories, it ends when the mc chooses the girl or kisses or fucks ffs
regardless, MC has a harem and fucks most of the girls and the story continues which is something I wanted in most stories

I'll pick it back up and do a re-read when more chapters are out.
but was curious if the story fell that hard to get a 6.38/10 (Myanimelist rating)?

3 years ago stopped at chapter 31, in my library 5/5. Returned after 3 years 3.5/5 at best. I liked the same as you that MC's was quite forward with women but ultimately he became even worser carbon copy of any other isekai harem MC.
I thought that for the rare occasion we will not have spineless/friend power/dickless/yes man but a typical guy who has his wants/desires/motivations in the end he has physical male organs but metaphysically he has none. It's like an exact instruction of "What men mustn't become in order to succeed".

the author couldn't think of a convincing way to make him lose (because he shouldn't have lost) so they just skipped over that part of the story. it's a bit shit and just done to prop up a less interesting character.

There are some serious fucking problems with this manga.

The author has, possibly, never been outside; like, never met another human, doesn't know how humans act, has never left a room and met people.

I am not joking.

I cannot imagine that somebody would consider writing something that so utterly fails to immerse the reader, by denying their suspension of disbelief in so powerful a fashion.

The idea of isekai? No problem.
Magic? No problem.
Multiple partners? Again, no problem.

Instant acceptance of slavery?
Well, sure; there are shitty people who would immediately accept the benefits, and never think of other people as "real," anyway. So... no problem.

Believing that you can be kicked in the crotch and immediately thank the person for it?
That you would be happy to have somebody spit in your face?
Allow others to torture your loved ones, and you say "aw, shucks" and tell them it's just fine?

Fuck. Off.

This manga asks you to accept stupid shit for no reason, other than it being convenient for the author to have you accept it.

Japan's general attitude towards human slavery makes me fucking sick.
Because, societally, they make sure to not mention neither Slavery, Comfort Women, nor Nanking, in any Japanese history book, ever.
Since Japan kept all of their slaves in Korea, Polynesia, Phillipines, and China, they don't include any of it in the "history" of Japan... and neither does anybody else. (Well... Korea, Phillipines, and China include it, obviously... but the USA and Japan don't!)

Since it's known that the Japanesekept slaves, and it isn't treated as a big deal, that means it must be fine, right?

And since a lot of Americans who read manga would never have been slaves anyway, it's no big deal for the people reading it!

Yay!
