I respect the with of the TL to draw the censored parts but in this way this manga can't be seen from readers that just wanted to read a isekai manga.
I know is extra work but maybe the TL group should make another page for this manga that keep the censorship.

But it you take a non-H manga and redraw the parts to make it H, does that turn the manga into hentai?
