Neither.

They're the same as the thing acting as Aisha's father: golems that seem to have 'copy' of memories/abilities of the dead.
They don't seem to have enough to truly act like the real one though, once you poke beyond the surface layer you can start finding gaps.

In these two's case, they talk about their time training with Nacht to come up with some new special move for Nacht (since Nacht's previous special move had clear weakness of needing to create opening for the big spell) but they seem to have no memories of the actual move Nacht came up with (which Nacht used to kill them and reveal they're golems)

on Aisha's side when she tried to ask the fake dad some question it ran off
