I disagree. I think this was completely in character for "Nacht", the mmorpg character the MC roleplayed as. It's ooc for the mc or the combined Nacht, but in terms of just the "Nacht character", it is.

Now is it way too abrupt and should've taken couple days of arguing between Nacht and loli, yes. Is it lazy writing to just have the split up happen to have more characters introduced, yes. Will this actually develop either of the two mcs, probably no.

If there is one consistent trait MC has its fawning over the loli
Him going ⛈️ the second she wants to look at the thing that looks like her dad is ridiculous
Even without that ending this entire scene is a mess, its clear the author just wanted to split the group ASAP

This is not a forgive and forget kind of situation
MC is like a bipolar mom threatening to leave forever over clothes on the floor and then comes back with mcdonalds lmfao

Nacht's race (Soul Dragon) view pretending to be the dead as sacrilegious (basically the big enrage button equivalent) that she lost her cool.
Aisha trying to defend it basically shifted the fury towards her for a moment.

After calming down she remember that Aisha obviously wouldn't understand what she saw/understand what Nacht felt.
But Nacht also got cold feet fearing Aisha might reject her too, so for now Nacht summons a familiar to go guard Aisha.

At least as of latest RAW Nacht just got done dealing with the miko side of things and it just shift back to Aisha's.
There's also the war situation as well so who knows how many more chapters it'll take before those two reunite :v
