if you continue to translate this, at least have the basic decency to proof read and fix the issues before you just ship out the next chapter.

At this point you'd probably have more accurate translation 'auto translate' it from looking at the RAW.

Nah, I think he was genuine on the suspicion.
As for why he's not punished: They're from different groups and he backed down as soon as the suspicions were cleared so it'd be hard to push the issue any further.

Unfortunately, MD has no desire to disuade this sort of thing. They'd prefer it if anyone scanslated, regardless of skill level or how try-hard they are about making money.

No joke, I could upload poorly translated chapters done in MS Paint, and watermarked to hell and back again with links to just about every payment system on earth, plus links to an ad-infested website with demands that people read there instead of here on MD, and they'd still be fine with it.

Correct except for watermarks, you can report chapters for having those.
