Okay I was misremembering that, but the only major change was the whole Sohei assault thing. And to be fair even in the novel they both agreed that they kind of rushed their relationship with that first night. I think all the manga is doing is moving their relationship up a little and not actually intending on censoring the sex scenes. We'll have to see how the next few arcs play out to be for sure they are actually making this just pure ecchi. Let's let them cook before making judgement.
