New chapter unavailable

So, a new chapter of a manga got put out, seemingly its needs mod approval to go out to everyone... yet its in my feed for new manga.
This wouldn't be frustrating if it was fast... but nearly 5 hours later its still not available.

so here are my thoughts for solutions
1) these never hit the follow feed, that way its never in my face
2) it gets hidden from everyone till mod approval, I assume that's what's happening with this right now but instead of hidden, it's visible
3) and the one I like the most, a warning that this is suspect comes up, and you have to click through it, and I get to see for myself if its a real chapter or not and not have to wait for a mod.

The first chapter (Not just the first chapter, but all chapters they upload in bulk upload situations) anybody uploads in each language gets put into a moderators queue. That queue is MANUALLY checked. Whenever a admin has free time. You shouldn't be seeing an "Unavailable" chapter if you didnt specifically chose to see it in your settings.

@blackyawgdom I just want to point out that you still see the unavailable/queued chapters in Homepage, in the Latest Update (both All and Follows) section regardless of whether you have the option to see Unavailable chapters to Hide or Show. So yeah, if you click on the chapter directly from the Homepage, then you will see the error unavailable chapter.

tons of groups decided to rip their stuff off mangadex for one stupid reason or another, seeing those chapters lets me know they at the very least exist and also allows me to still see comments made on those chapters.
