The famicoms are unrelated to the technology export, by that logic, Japan exported their arcades to Parpaldia and floppy disk to the Mirishial empire. It's just a damn visual gag!!! It's unrelated to the fact that after the Parpaldia arc when Japan began exporting telecommunication tech to their allies, building up the electrical and telecommunication network in allied nations and selling generators, TVs, phones, keitais (short from smartphones because of the jump in tech and still not exporting the internet), etc. but not famicoms
Yeah. Those 'famicoms' are magicomms made by HME, modeled by the mangaka to the Nintendo FamiCom as a visual gag. You're right as well because Japanese-made telecom infrastructure wasn't employed by other countries until after the JPN-PE War. Maybe some countries like Qua-Toyne and Quila have telecom infra since they're the nearest to Japan and Japan's first allies in the New World. If telecom infra outside Rodenius Continent will the employed, Altaras and Topa will benefit first, especially Altaras since there's a semi-permanent JSDF contingency there. As for the Internet, Mu is waiting for the line to open, bit the infra was now in place.

Can't wait for the JPN-HME meet, and HME showing their most advanced magic calculator, while the Japanese side showing the smartphone and the calculator app

Actually no, he was go to take her to the Navy base, where the same thing would have happened anyway.
she could have tried to convince him not to do so. Ofc there's no guarantee it would work, but it is a better chance than trying to kill a sailor with the strength and wit of a sheltered royal woman.

...Why the fuck are they using an original Nintendo Famicom gaming console as a communication device?

Now I'm reminded of the cut thing from the original Legend of Zelda where you were supposed to shout in real life to kill the mouse enemies with big ears. This worked because the Famicom had a microphone in the 2P controller. The NES did not have the microphone though, so this ability was removed from the US release of the game... but they forgot to remove the references to it from the original manuals. Cue a bunch of confused kids shouting at their TVs and getting shouted at by their parents...

(Edit: This might need a further explanation for the younger generations; Video games used to come with actual paper manuals that had useful information in them, instead of making you pay extra for a hint book or give your computer AIDS downloading things from a website)

I believe the mangaka just roughly read the novel and filled in all the blanks with his absurd imagination at this point. I mean, what with that janitor? Why is he so ripped and fights like a master martial artist? "I'm just a mere janitor" my ass 🤣

And why their communication devices are the Famicom? The other one has the disc system attached, even. I just can't lmao
Most Japanese readers of the original webnovel lampooned it for being wildly unrealistic. The mangaka is just showing appreciation to the readers.

There's also the fact that the original Famicom was designed to be capable of being used exactly like that as a communications device, so the joke works.

If Parpaldia's actions are unhinged, wait until Gra Valkas Arc starts next year (or better read the translated WN chapters)
The very moment Parpaldia has the last laugh
Because the very Riem Kingdom that started the proxy war with Parpaldia through the 73 Countries Coalition, gets their city razed in retaliation of attacking Duro through their "alliance" with Gra Valkan Empire to distract JSDF efforts.

I love the final pages of this chapter for it's symbolism, only available through this manga and not VN/LN. Two Noble Idealists facing their reality of where their ideal died.

One, the ambitious Emperor finally realizing his ambition of uniting Third Civilization Zone under his rule is now an impossibility.
Another, the spoiled, sheltered lady dreaming of ruling the world with her beloved Emperor, casted her dye (Attempting subterfuge against Japan by coercing them to become their colony in exchange for Japan tourists' lives, failed then executing them as a show of force), which later backfired and it causes her very beloved to abandon her the moment she becomes her country's liability.

Their carriages pass by, showing their last farewell as if this is their last time to see each other. The Dreamers, confronted by their fate left their dream and ambition broken into pieces as if it was a hollow lie.
