Type 89-F also known as the Type 89 Para.
Basically a Type 89 with a folding stock.
This one is/was used by various units in the JSDF.

It has been said that all embassies of foreign states have been more or less vacated and the staff in them has integrated into normal Japanese society.
It isn't a far stretch to thus conclude that this has also happened for all other foreigners caught up in the transfer.

If it is a japanese ship, i assume it is Mikasa, as the Japanese envoys in the one Mu chapter said, that the newest warship of Mu looks like the museum ship Mikasa, if i remember correctly.
Also, Yamato got sunk in battle and Nagato was target for bombing after the war, so definitely not one of them.

Yes they're kinda stuck. They serve as advisors to the JSDF, especially in the R & D and operations of aircraft carriers. They'll only join the fight if the Japanese home islands are invaded

It's a necessary sacrifice, I guess. That would lengthen the chapter and the arc's ending would be next year. If the series' update schedule is monthly and not every 2-3 months, it could be possible to include her breakdown about Japan's true strength. If the series' update schedule (monthly) is followed, we might already in the Battle of Baltica or the start of the Gra Valkas' invasion of Mu
