Quite a long time ago, I don't think they met since Kaede was exchanged for a ban on Ken's western cuisine (back in chapter 98). That should be during the first year of Tensho (1573).

It's the year of the Honno-ji incident now (1582), so it's been NINE YEARS.

Of course, I personally think they met every now and then during this period since Kaede also works directly under Nobunaga.
