Persistently stupid lol

Also this surprisingly good, glad I give it a try. Not some hero reincarnated so strong no one could hurt him shit.

It's pace and development very enjoyable, I had reminiscing reading frieren lol. The slow pace

I can kinda understand his thinking process? But pretty sure you can just buy silver armor especially if you're richer so his logic is kinda stupid. Then again he's probably paranoid as fuck to dying so his logic would be fucked up
Also as an isolated race, the knowledge of Vampires might be out of date. He sounds like he's going off traditional practices of aristocracy, and doesn't fully understand what can be done in present human society if you have money.

So, he puts all his points in strength, endurance, agility, and charisma; but put no points in intelligence and perception.

This vampire guy really has no issue giving them all the information regarding himself and his plans. I guess that he considers them to already be dead but that's just not prudent. Moreover, if he believes that the master must be more formidable than the squire, shouldn't he be deeply concerned about his current situation since he's been having a lot of trouble with a mere squire.

I don't understand why a demon lord candidate wants to shapeshift into a priest and go to the royal capital. I also don't understand his plan to start with. He might be able to replace a priest, but wouldn't a delegation that shows up without an escort of knights be strange? It seems to me that he should have attempted to sneak into the tent while the knights were distracted in order to replace one of the priests.

I wonder if he'll ever realise his assumptions were incorrect and escape (or become their traveling companion, though I'm not sure why a demon lord candidate would do that) or if he'll be killed by Mara.

If Al is friendly enough to try convincing the vampire, then I don't think Rama has to worry so much about his identity.

I think he's just annoyed by what he sees as pointless and brazen lies. It's a chance for him to feel smart "seeing through" them (even when he's wrong)
