She is likely doing a "Pennywise" and seasoning him for the ultimate despair sandwich delicay for her.

For me it's just reading to see how stupid the whole thing is. It's like the author ran out of good ideas for Confinement King and is using this manga to spitball ideas before he gets back to writing that web novel. Overall all the characters in this are far inferior to that series. It's a shame that this manga is the one getting an active translation and not the other.

No, the difference here is that Fumio was already a bit of a sociopath. That's why Lily recruited him in the first place because he had in her words "great potential to be a villain" so the level of bullying isn't that important in the long run. That said, getting beat up and threatened because you confessed to your crush and being called ugly constantly would still suck.

Is it? I assumed the translations were just slow because it went so long before it got more translated after around chapter 4. Either way it's a shame that this series seems to be getting more attention.
