Yeah, this is porn alright, but the complete stupidity of the characters' actions makes it a very bad porn. Imagine this, if a hentai has a male MC with a dick on his nose and he used it to fuck FMC in the earhole, do you find such an act arousing? Do you think many people will get off to something like that? This manga is equivalent to that, it's full of nonsensical and retard things that hurting your brain just by reading it.
