Thanks for the translation.
It's been pretty obvious for a while now.Bombshell on the send to last chapter. Really?
Uncomfortable implications considering one 'participant' clearly wants to be anywhere else. From the start this comic is trying to get away with a lot of questionable depictions of minors and interpretations of consent with the excuse of "witches be crazy".Everyone's talking about the endings, but no one is gonna talk about the hot threesome going on before the kiddos interrupted on pg 17?
Well it makes sense because they are normal kids who don't have a witch for a girl-friend. Them stumbling into their love lives is just a natural part of growing up and I'm glad that despite some complaining authors still portray this kind of love too. We're coming off an arc that had Chikage's mom suddenly appear and curse Makoto to use his life as a bargaining chip so Chikage never associates with him again and becomes a "proper" witch. It was resolved solved in part by Uruchika being more powerful than all 3 head witches. It's incredibly contrived but it showed the strength and resolve Makoto and Chikage have to be with each other. All these other "relationships" end up looking much more frail and cowardly because of it.
Okamura acted as a pervert towards basically anyone except Senba and he is acting more shy now than her, who even dropped her kuundere act being more straightforward.Senba and Okamura, based on how they act, seem to not be heading in such a favorable direction, what with Senba being too shy to be honest, and Okamura still seeing her as a childhood friend (not to mention his perverse nature). And that’s totally okay; I appreciate an author who chooses to be realistic about relationship success rates in this genre of manga.
