@Psychronia : It is pretty heavily implied he is exceptionally dense, even for an idiot noble. His father is still a fool, but not on this idiot's level.
@Valve : pretty much everything @Sabruness actually commented is beyond obvious, and/or heavily foreshadowed. There are a few twists that come up in that scene (there always are, but that there will be some is also beyond obvious) but none were mentioned or really hinted at
like the King's reaction, or one of the defenses they try to use, since they are also losing their lands, that gets turned around on them trivially
.
@Aichan@Eksentrysyti : they also need him to break off the engagement so they can demand the dowelry money that his family has demanded they received in advance (I think in monthly installments) back, which are pretty much the only thing keeping his family afloat.
Though her father takes his family for EVERYTHING they own from the fidelity clause he had added to the engagement after he found out numb-nuts was courting others, since his father is not aware of anything his idiot seed is up to.
hey hey, it's Christmas in Aus rn, so I want to wish you guys a Merry Christmas! May all your aircons and fans (and or heaters) continue to work this holiday!
Well, Ramor is real moron, I have never thought the scene of noble that have enough brave to ask Crown Prince and his people to do the things they dont want
@mnmega I think that she meant in the past, as if she was saying "No one's ever called me cute before" just said differently is all. The reason they sighed, however, is another matter. My guess is she has indeed been called cute before, just not to her face, so they were exasperated that she said such a thing.
