Okay, so as predicted, she did became the hypotenuse of this love triangle. And you know what? It's been a while since I'm not angry about a love triangle.
Maybe because I think Yutaka and Tsukimi actually need that push. Or because of the way the author is writing, I don't feel like Ako is going to be just a tool for the romance of the other two.
Let me be clear: I don't think for a second that she will get Yutaka. She came in too late for that. But, Ako seems to be the kind of girl more in love with the idea of love than wanting to be in love. She seems to want people she can trust, and our boy (and Tsukimi) can be those kind of people, whithout the romantic part.
I just hope it will not go like
Seing Michi and Okakoni being jealousy buddy was really fun. And Michi is actually the only one in the manga who say clearly that she think Yutaka and Tsukimi are interested in each other. Nice to see her being supportive of her ship and her friends.
Latsly, I think the way the chapter end is pretty interesting: the whole thing about Tsukimi talking about "important person" but never going deeper than that: as the said at the end of the chapter, she thinks that the whole "Like and love" thing is "complicated".
And she already said multiple time that she tends to avoir everything that's too complicated. So, is our favorite high school wolf girl running away from her own feelings?
Time will tell. But clearly, I think this chapter is the one, the start of the "focus on the romance" part of this manga.
And congrats on the 3rd place! Does this mean we can expect an anime in the future?
(And seriously, I love the Ako filter on Yutaka's face. I hope he will appear like that every time Ako's looking at him now.
