They are both very obviously in (fumbling) love and each actually realize that they are, though not quite grasped that it's mutual. Yutaka's said it to himself, and basically confessed this chapter. Tsumiki hasn't said it yet, but she obviously fell hard with the cliff climbing chapter and has been trying to be flirty the last couple chapters and finally succeeded this chapter. Totally acting like girlfriend/boyfriend and there's no competition (sorry Ako!). Just a matter of time.
