He just feels a bit skeevy at the moment, though I can't quite put my finger on why. Probably just that he's got a chip on his shoulder because of the disparity in what he can do versus the other three, and all their praise/dependence on him making his ego swell? Either way, I expect he'll be rounded out and won't be an actual antagonistic character or anything, but. Guess we'll see what the author has in store.

To me it felt like their current way of coordinating sorta benefits him at the expense of his teammates?

Like if I were him I would either team up with people who were already strong enough that they can use their skills better than I can, or I would choose easier jobs and plan fights so that my teammates are able to practice their own skills and we can work on synergy and shit.

Going on a job like this, where I'm the only one who's at the right level so they're just kinda watching me use their skills to win seems really inconsiderate.
