To me it felt like their current way of coordinating sorta benefits him at the expense of his teammates? He just feels a bit skeevy at the moment, though I can't quite put my finger on why. Probably just that he's got a chip on his shoulder because of the disparity in what he can do versus the other three, and all their praise/dependence on him making his ego swell? Either way, I expect he'll be rounded out and won't be an actual antagonistic character or anything, but. Guess we'll see what the author has in store.
Thanks for the TL
Like if I were him I would either team up with people who were already strong enough that they can use their skills better than I can, or I would choose easier jobs and plan fights so that my teammates are able to practice their own skills and we can work on synergy and shit.
Going on a job like this, where I'm the only one who's at the right level so they're just kinda watching me use their skills to win seems really inconsiderate.
