Her previous thought of doing an abortion isn't so bad of an option tbh. Considering her current position this pregnancy would only make it worse if it gets found out eventually by the husband and put her even more in a disadvantage, legally speaking. My thoughts are, since she already made a big mistake hooking up with another guy, continuing the pregnancy would only make a bigger mistake. It's still also in a very early stage too, so if the embryo matures even further, then it gets harder to decide to abort it. So, here’s my twisted prediction for what’s coming next:

They’ll gaslight the sister into giving birth and then adopt the baby. Meanwhile, they’ll drug the MC (Viagra + sleeping pills?) and rape him while he’s unaware. The daughter will get pregnant, and after some time, she’ll be sent to a boarding school or something similar as an excuse to hide her pregnancy from the family. In the end, they’ll swap the babies. The mother will probably put the sister’s baby up for adoption — or, in a more extreme version, kill it.

However, there’s one major flaw in this plan — or even in their previous one (which was limited only to the daughter giving birth to the MC’s child to “recreate the father/papa"). What will they do if the child — or one of the children — aren’t a boy, but girl?

Ehh unless this the first chapter you read of this series then people have good reasons to assume these things which to an extent I do agree that everything they do not necessarily have to be with bad intent but it's clear the mom and sister are definitely psychologically isolating the both and making dependent on them and influencing her to keep the child is a good blackmail thing she can do to force the sister to go along with their plans it's possible she's just genuinely trying to comfort her but in this series and based on what we seen of these characters so far it's not a stretch to think hee intent is more than simply trying to comfort her
