Sorry it took a while. Anyway, nothing about this story makes any sense. Why would seducing Kamo make her marriage be called off? Why did she just assume that a guy named Kamo would be at the Katabami Shrine because the name "Kamo" was written in this ancient book? How did she know it would be a guy? Why is this random grandma actually the one written in the book? How does Katabami know that the grandma is the real Kamo the book refers to? Does that mean that this random grandma has a special connection to Katabami?
I don't think the mangaka thought about any of this for even a second lol. If you look at his twitter page he seems like the definition of ADHD
Also, tbh I find it concerning that the first round of the "seduction showdown" involved petting foxes... and I'm absolutely not a fan of the explicit o-face fox that he drew haha
