Well, he’s not wrong. Ultimately it’s between him and the person he’s staring at if there’s a problem whee you stares (its not like there aren’t people who would be more uncomfortable with you staring at their face). Plus, I’ve always hated it in manga like this where the girl gets mad when the MC looks at her breasts, naked body, and/or underwear and she gets mad... and then she also gets mad when he doesn’t compliment her for it or ask/want to see them. I just don’t get people.

Everybody saying he's only interested in her for her body doesn't make sense to me. That's what the characters who aren't him are saying. He's described parts of her he likes outside of simply her being physically attractive, but because his friend told his gf about the face and boobs thing, that becomes the only thing anyone talks about. Toyama doesn't seem to mind either
