I love gyudon, but I didn't know there was a variation with cheese. Man, this chapter is making me hungry...

Awkward start, but I kind of respect that he stood up for what he wanted: he is an introvert (the 陰キャ男子 on the JP synopsis) who wanted to savor his alone time, when this extrovert (the 陽キャ女子 on the JP synopsis) girl got in his face, (inadvertently) intruding on his personal space. I do not, however like the harsh way he blew up doing it, but in the end they made up and all's well. Still got a long way to go for a romance, but this is a nice, comfy friendship.

I'm a patient guy, but damn, he tolerated her invasion of his space for a while. The blow up at her was unnecessary, but at least he stood his ground eventually.
Cute though this is, I can't help but feel concern that he's not asking her to come with him because he actually wants her there, but because of guilt. Personally, I like my privacy, so I wouldn't invite her, but if he did so because he actually missed her, good for him. If he did so just because he felt guilty... he needs to get over that, because forcing yourself to hang out with someone you don't want to because of guilt is unhealthy.
Still, Cute series and I like the mangaka's current serialization.
