Well, it is the way his face is drawn, but given how ppl some ppl age, there are men in their 20s/before they turn 30 who can have a 'beer gut' and balding/greying hair (i see it more with americans than asians tho b/c of how shitty the healthcare and mcdonalds being cheaper [at least back in the day] than each individual ingredient to buy and make for a healthy lunch/dinner)
