nah the more we know about her the more she fits into the "villain with a tragic past, so you should care for them too!" and it's an overused/lame trope tbh.

I will continue hating on Junko because being abused/having a hard life doesn't justify anything she's doing right now, hell, it only makes me hate her more.

you aren't wrong but i guess what he meant is that she is well written, she is broken for sure but this is what making reading about her enjoyable, after all she isn't a lame ass villan that is so common on isekai, "uh i'm evil because of yes, i'm angry and this is it" type of thing
