What she's saying isn't wrong, but—it's loaded in a direction I don't believe will make our lead shine. It feels like following what she said will only make things go similarly to Iruha's career.

Channel your no-nonsense self, Kim Sanghyun/Han Yoil, and hunt that producer down and clear things up properly!

Great chapter this arc is turning out great for Yoil/kim's future growth. Manager Han is right and I feel is the only one who is giving Yoil useful advice because they know their situation the others are projecting what they want to see from Yoil. Also Mooyoung being a closet fan girl of Yoil not only massively improves her character as she has been provoking Yoil this whole time but has made her a lot more likable too. Great writing from the author looks like we may see a fusion in the future of Yoil being a cool feminine beauty with the traits of Kim's personality.

I do get Yoil's frustrations but it does suck they have such a low opinion of themselves looks like the real reason they dived in head first into changing so much was out of lack of love for themself which is really sad. Its a massive problem for so many young men who have doubt and self loathing for themselves.

Since Gonwon already knows I think it would be great at this point to have a female find out out the truth concerning Yoil/Kim especially someone from their past that they have a good opinion of. Gonwon finding out is more for his own personal growth where as someone like Soae finding out would help Yoil/Kim love themselves so they can become a kind, cool feminine beauty who always there for those closest to them and finally get recognised for their hard work. Afterall you can't be loved if you can't love yourself.

Given this reveal it means it is uncertain how much the medicine is affecting Yoil/kim's personality as it seems like the identity change comes more from self-loathing currently. Maybe the impact will be made clearer later on? Or perhaps an arc like in Ranma 1/2 where Ranma got amnesia while in their female form so they believed they were always female maybe something similar could happen?

She really needs someone that can listen and give advice untethered from ulterior business motive/sense of the corp execs. even if the advice they gave (the corps) are genuine and honest. Producer-san and Manager Han are really giving their best at consoling MC, both has reasonable though conflicting viewpoints on how MC should take her personality, how she behaves and acts. But it's best to heed advices from other sources too, one not mired by money.
