The whole manga is a violation of the Nuremberg Code because of Mihari's medical testing on unknowing and unwilling participants, Mahiro, Momiji, and Nayuta. Mihari is a war criminal and will one day face justice at the Hague for her crimes against humanity.

Actually technically the Nuremberg Code isn't law naywhere. But, you know what is law? The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights is.
The lab continuously breaks article 7 which contains the aforementioned unknowing and unwilling clause.
