Well the obviously it’s going to go that way, since this doujinshi is taking divergence from the original onimai because in Onimai, Mahiro is a man in a girls body. He/she uses male pronouns when he/she alone with his/her sister and female pronouns when he/she speaks is in company. As doujinshi the author has free rain to publish what they like but it shouldn’t be conflated with the original as they’re from parallel universes.

I mean... not necessarily. Mihari might have been able to perfect the drug and Mahiro chose to stay as a girl. It's a parody. Or even if not, she might be taking the drugs off-screen. This manga has 1 page per one chapter after all.

Parody or Corruption of the original work it matters little. This is just a side distraction webcomic doujinshi that should really be classified as it own work because it’s not Onimai for one very big reason.

I don’t think his ages was ever confirmed as anything other than 20 something. It’s my belief he’s either 21 or 24 or something in between those two as he was in high school when his sister started to put compete him which robbed him of the motivation to do anything with his life.
