Only show your latest viewed chapter and the most current on your following page

I've noticed that when you follow something it shows all current chapters even if you've read them of everything you follow. It would be nice just to see what chapter you're on and if you're caught up to the current release instead of having to scroll through every chapter of every manga you've followed. If you want to see the whole chapter list all you have to do is click the title. I feel like this would be a more effective way of using the follows page instead of listing out every chapter and making you scroll through 1000s of chapters your not looking for!
