[Mainsite] Vertical allingment propblems after new in-page chapter header

After the new in-page chapter header was added, when changing pages the new page aligns the page with the top of the of the webpage, not taking the banner containing the 3 lines (Cant remember what it's called), link to home page, "become a supporter", search, & profile.
This leads to the you having to scroll up, whenever to go to a new page if you want to see the top of the page.

You can toggle that with the "Header hidden / shown" option in the reader settings

Yes you can turn it off in the settings, which disables both, and i like having the banner, and like the header.

The problem is in the automatic vertical alignment of the reader when transitioning to a new page.
