Nope, that knight of the story you speak of only wants her HUSBAND whom she loves and who happens to be an orc to finally cross the line with her.

On a side note:
That the orc in that story has not done it with his wife could be the case because he is simply naive or because he is supposedly not of age for an orc in that story.
After all there was a chapter where the female knight wanted him to get drunk but he did not drink any alcohol because he was not old enough according to the orc law or so.
Hence (even though he looks like a fully grown orc) that orc not putting his hands on his wife could also be just because he is not old enough = not a full adult according to the rites of the orcs in that story.

But in this story here the female knight wants to be assaulted by ANY orc.
Nothing about love in this story regarding this inclination of the female knight.
So it resembles the elf x orc story more cause that perverted elf also only cared about being assaulted by orcs - no matter which one - at the start.
