Might be spoiled by being in Iowa, but I can head across town and get a very good 20 oz sirloin with all the sides and a slice of pie for $60, tip included. There's a point at which the steak really doesn't get better, just more expensive.

Yeah, a 7 ounce sirloin for $60 USD is a bit much.

I prefer to pay $11 per kilo and enjoy a weekend barbecue with my friends. We eat sirloin steak for lunch and dinner, but sirloin steak is one of the main cuts used in barbecues. I prefer it rare, bleeding (which isn't actually blood).
