No ending yet, the WN is on hiatus while the author focuses on the LN.

That being said, even as someone who enjoys the original source (and has given tons of spoilers in past threads and on Reddit), it wouldn't surprise me if this manga gets axed with an original ending soon because it has failed in every regard, and it has managed to put off even the most avid readers of the LN/WN I know. (Vol 1 did poorly, and Vol 2 was of that axe-calling nature.)

I mean, focusing on the most basic element, the art style, just take a look at how different the LN's presentation is.

It's clear that this adaptation is being made as an afterthought, and without much care.

The real surprising one was the Mc in the manga the sis seems to tower over Mc but turns out she needs to look up to him (also wow the aunt and the ex-teach are the sis’s height in very high heels…)

Suzurikawa had nothing to counter his comeback. If we're to believe her when she said that she broke up already, that means it's true that she dated a senpai; but then it turns out she didn't even love the guy because she also keeps saying she was still in love with Yukito that time. So the most obvious conclusion is that she just wanted to make him jealous. That's textbook emotional manipulation right there. And she did this for two weeks, not days.

She wanted to manipulate Yukito into becoming jealous, while using another boy she had no feelings for in her farcical play, so she effectively lied to two people and ended up wronging both in those two weeks. Yikes. Consequences well-deserved. She regrets what she did, but clearly the damage is done. She's out of luck now because Yukito has also been broken by other girls to the point that he doesn't seem to be able to forgive her (or the other two) any time soon.

I just can't bring myself to believe in a ship between him and Suzurikawa. Just forget this emotional manipulator of a childhood friend, even if what she did was a thing of the past. The pain she inflicted on him back then was not a joke. This ship is sunk and both of them should just move on and focus on healing. But who am I kidding, for this dumpster fire I got a feeling Suzurikawa isn't giving up on him despite what she says here. That Harem tag is there for a reason, after all.

So i had a situation like her and as a guy who was just not intrested in girls during eatly teens when a rumor spread about me liking a girl im friends with who got popular and was rejecting guys one after other i let that happen but when it reached her she started to resent me and maybe thought of me as a creep + some nonsense that my principle who never taught me spoke to my parents and somehow getting class attention i lost most of my female friends and was not liked by anyone anymore (i was the most popular kid in school not just my grade whole school) just ranting things out but i never played a part in this i just didn't care and thought if i ignore those rumors they will die out this all happened in 10th grade when we graduate from school.
