There was a lot more between him and her family that basically set the dominoes up to fall

However, because at this point we are yet to see the year mentioned, they could have gone from 2014 to 2004 and had a much wider gap in graphics.

Okay, maybe 2004 is too far (they are seen playing “Street Fighter IV” released in 2009), but they could have gone from 2019 to 2009, for example.
