Am I the only one who hates Erica? I kind of want her to just disappear, her and Yuno. They both rub me wrong, immensely...
From my perspective she's still a little kid, and is stuck in a politically tight spot both within her family/region and now in relation to the Stokes... Sure she acts naive from the reader's perspective but I mean she's literally a child still

I can't believe this got updated. I remember seeing this a really long time ago. I enjoyed it enough to actually read the novel translation. I think the novel was dragging but I enjoyed the growing relationship between the male and female mc. I want to say the novel hasn't concluded at the time.

@bigman04021024 Yes, KC translator already clarified that the update speed is due to the lack of editors (see Ch13 comment) and it was like that for another series too. Also what budget, it's voluntary with no pay 😅 unless you mean internet points 🤩 /jk

I've also repeatedly posted the links in the chapter comments if anyone is willing to help out. Sadly the other group doesn't look like they care about the series well-being and decides to rely on MTL for some reason.. Everything could've been solved if they approached KC but alas

@Reichzen idk, you ask them 🤷‍♂️ the first MTL uploader agreed on helping instead of continuing the MTL.

@Satriox as of latest WN chapter
the misunderstandings are still going full force ahead: Erica is helping Harold by going along with his evil act, even fighting him with her full power with intent to kill; Harold still thinks Erica hates him, which is reinforced with the aforementioned act lol. Lifa (another member of the Hero’s Party, appeared in Flag 4) knows the truth (that they have feelings for each other, and not hatred) and is attempting to make them reconcile without revealing Harold’s secrets (which she also misunderstood)

@bejad007 the comedy is good, with some fairly in-depth schemings
and misunderstandings. Also he doesn't stay a kid for much longer.
TBH I'm tempted to add the comedy tag.

@GreeneValley you can add the comedy tag now because when the manga hits volume 3 of the web novel, the whole story is just going to be a big joke.

@ThisMe While Book 3 is generally the least well-received, I didn't like it either, esp.
ugly grown-up Harold
IMO it gets better near the end of the book and beyond.
The culmination of all the setups, where everyone meets is such a delight to read, as well as the fight.

this may be the only manga rn that makes me giddy because it’s somewhat unpredictable but so not cliche, not even solo leveling

@GreeneValley I really couldn't enjoy volume 3. It's like all logic was thrown aside for the sake of keeping the plot.
Like Justus is just a scientist, instead of nurturing the hero he could just assassinate the main culprit. He knew from the beginning who the mastermind is so he could've just trained enough to be able to kill Justus since all the death flags later on originate from him.

Judging from the way the translator is talking I’m getting worried, this manga is a breathe of fresh air and it’ll be a shame if it loses its quality
