ngl i was very disappointed by how this series seemed to be just another dumb ecchi harem series with the concept of "wow my childhood friend has a big chest now", but after it turned out the main guy also had the illness it suddenly shifted to being really good and exploring trans themes? if the series goes for a yuri ending i will be extremely satisfied, peak bait and switch in the best way possible.
