Thanks for picking this up

Adaptation, the WN have 249 chapters, main story is completed with 111 chapter, and there is 132 after story chapters and still ongoing (yea, after story longer than main story lol), the LN only got 1 volume back in 2022, the WN had a translation according to NU that stopped at 64, but links sent to 404, so i guess foxaholic deleted it (can't find it in their site either)

Novelupdates
Raw WN

Haven't read the novel, so i wonder how deep into the story the manga is, given that it been going for a while already

I've been following this series raw and appreciate the translation but calling him Suar really threw me off. Maybe something phonetically similar to the original like Essar would work better.
I went with something that starts with "S" and ends with "R". Also, "Suar" originally means "sword, so I thought it's fitting with the fantasy setting.

Yeah, I understand you went with something that looks similar as opposed to something that sounds similar. I'm just too used to the way the author using "SR" in all message windows/other graphics and the katakana pronunciation of it when people say his name. As it is, the difference is large enough that I'd need to think for a second to make the connection.

If it were up to me, I'd just keep it as SR for consistency.
SR are actually his initials; his real name is 六道(りくどう)修維(しゅうい)Rikudou Shuui

"It's just like in my video games! Oh, wait can they get a concussion?" Just paraphrasing, not directly quoting.
I mean we're speedrunning some of the prep. Evaluation of his abilities and hopefully determining that there is a clear difference between video games and reality and now seeing how much he determines that he is within a reality and not in a game and then what amount of differences there are between the game and his newfound reality.

Either way, is he going to actually clear a dungeon or is he just going to pop up an elixir from his inventory in chapter 2?

There is a glaring issue with the translation of the dialogue at the guildmaster's office. You also mistakenly have the TL credited again as the PR. If you really have no one else to proof-read then just remove the PR role in the credits, it is dishonest. You did do a good job overall, though.

"Dishonest"? What are you even on about? The hell?? I don't need to. I've been studying Japanese for 6 years, and read over 360 Japanese novels, so I'm pretty sure I can PR my own stuff and I usually do translation check for other scans. I mean, there's no rule saying that it's forbidden for TLs to do PR too. But thanks.
