@KaidoSR Being short makes it easier to get buff. I'm 5' 9" and 165 lb. Took me over a year but now all of my lifts are at least 20 lbs over my body weight. Start at 3 sets of 10 for a month to get used to it. Then increase weight and do 4 sets of 8 to gain muscle mass. Increase weight slowly every 2 weeks or so.
